When the day our body gets signs that it needs to stay awake precisely because of the blue light, with the sunset our body slowly prepares for a dream.
So when we look at the screens of digital devices in the evening, we are exposed to artificial blue light, and our body receives false signs of alertness and results in a biological rhythm disorder. Hence the connection between computer use and sleep problems.
